As strange as these paintings art, they reflect a unique South African quality that, as far as I know, is very recognizable as just that, South African!

My best friend is home in Ohio and brought with her an exciting variety of paintings from South Africa. I don't have information about the artists yet, but wanted to get them onto the website as soon as I could. She found them at Bruma Lake Market in Johannesburg.
